Senior Executive Recruiter, Retained Search

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through. Key Responsibilities • Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach • Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping) • Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping • Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance • Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed • Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
