About Sanctuary

Sanctuary builds nature - led, wellness - centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135 acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:

Non-toxic materials

Clean water and filtration systems

⚡ EMF-conscious design

135 acres of preserved land and eco - sensitive planning

We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it’s not just where people live - it’s how they live.

Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.

We are now hiring a BIM Modeler to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that is architecture-led, with structural and MEP coordination as supporting components. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working deeply on architectural BIM models and collaborating closely with architects and consultants in an integrated design environment.

What you’ll do

Architecture-led BIM production

  • Create, update, and maintain 3D architectural BIM models in Revit

  • Translate design inputs, sketches, and markups into construction-ready models

  • Produce and update plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details for construction sets

Structural and MEP coordination

  • Integrate consultant-provided structural and MEP inputs into architectural BIM models

  • Identify and resolve basic coordination and clash issues

  • Support drafting and model updates based on consultant feedback

  • This role does not include MEP system design or engineering calculations

Visualization and planning support

  • Contribute to renderings, walkthroughs, and visual presentations

  • Support simple construction sequencing and planning tasks using 4D BIM tools

Master planning and compliance

  • Assist with site layouts and master planning coordination

  • Ensure BIM models align with internal standards and industry best practices

  • Support preparation of regulatory and compliance submissions

Post-project and handover support

  • Assist in preparing as-built models and documentation

  • Organize BIM files for handover and facility management use

Indicative time split

  • ~70% architectural BIM modeling and documentation

  • ~30% structural and MEP coordination, depending on project phase

What you bring

  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on BIM modeling experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering

  • Strong proficiency in Revit with an architectural modeling focus

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel

  • Familiarity with BIM workflows, coordination, and basic clash detection

  • Exposure to Dynamo, Twinmotion, or similar tools is a plus

  • Prior experience working with a U.S.-based architecture firm is a bonus (not mandatory)

  • Comfortable working in a production-heavy, architecture-led environment

  • Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and adaptable to evolving project needs

  • Able to collaborate effectively with remote, cross-functional teams

Important role context

  • This is an architecture-led BIM role

  • Structural and MEP work is coordination and drafting-focused, not discipline-specific design

  • Best suited for candidates who enjoy architectural production work and flexibility across disciplines

  • Not a fit for candidates seeking a pure MEP BIM role or consultancy-style work

Hiring process

  1. Stage 1: Intro interview With people ops - Role alignment, experience overview, and culture fit

  2. Stage 2: Test task (≤1 hour) Short practical assignment created by the project lead to assess your technical fit

  3. Stage 3: Final interview With project lead - Deep dive into workflows, expectations, and growth

Ready to help translate architectural intent into build-ready reality? We’d love to hear from you.
