ACCS Program Director - North County Integrated Team C

Salary: USD $48.08/Hr. Description and Responsibilities:

Adult Community Clinical Services is a Department of Mental Health funded service that is designed to deliver evidence-based interventions within a clinically focused model. Individuals served are diagnosed with mental illness or dual diagnosis and reside in their own homes, apartments, or in group living environments. Our services focus on helping people transition to a more independent environment while maximizing their natural supports by building skills and achieving personal goals. The teams are tight knit, supportive and multidisciplinary. Open Sky’s talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served.

The Program Director provides clinical oversight to the integrated team and hires, mentors and supervises Team Leaders and Program Coordinators. The Program Director also conducts comprehensive assessments of persons served and ensures implementation of treatment plans and clinical interventions.

Other Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the timely and thorough Screening and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS within prescribed timelines.
  • They work collaboratively with all members of the Integrated Team to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Oversee the facilitation of the Quality Improvement Process and the development and implementation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Integrated Teams.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan identifying specific evidence-based practices, state of the art services and clinical goals and objectives for each division to enhance services.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADAC I), required.
  • Two years experience in Human Services management, required.
  • Leadership skills, time-management, and effective verbal and written communication skills, required.
  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
