- Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple partners
- Prepare, format, proofread correspondence, contracts and legal documents
- Maintain and organize files and document management systems
- Assist with drafting routinue correspondence and tracking deal timelines and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties on behalf of attorneys
- Handle billing support, expense reporting, and invoicing
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications with professionalism and discretion
- Provide general office and administrative support as needed
- 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or executive assistant - experience in an entertainment, media, or talent agency environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with entertainment industry terminology and deal-making a significant plus
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Zoom, Calendly, and other similar products; experience with document management system a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced boutique setting
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and client-service orientation
