Care Navigator
Hello there!,
Are you a licensed healthcare professional that has a passion for helping people who are living with chronic conditions. Are you looking to work from home and are located (or willing to travel) to St. Joseph, Missouri for training/occasional meetings?
If you answered yes to both of the above and:
An active healthcare license (e.g. LPN, RN, MSW) that's in good standing.
Enjoy communicating with patients, caregivers, and families on the phone.
Comfortable with basic software such as excel, email, and other programs.
A great home environment that enables you to work without much distraction.
The ability to work evenings/weekends to make as well as receive phone calls.

This position requires someone who is friendly on the phone and is comfortable answering questions. If you're nice and easy to talk to - we can train the rest!
