Our company's seeking a motivated and self-driven Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team at AZ Car Rental. If you thrive in exciting challenges and are eager to make a difference in the mobility sector, we have a spot for you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Produce and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decisions;
• Prepare detailed reports on rental platform transfers, ensuring all amounts received from platforms (like Turo, among others) are accurate and properly accounted for;
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial processes, maintaining integrity and efficiency in operations;
• Develop financial projections and cash flow studies to identify opportunities for resource optimization;
• Perform bank and transaction reconciliations with precision, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial information;
• Develop and lead innovative and efficient financial strategies to ensure the growth and sustainability of AZ Car Rental's operations;
• Monitor KPIs such as profit margins, cash flow, profitability, and other key indicators to understand the company's financial health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Experience with remote work and online collaboration tools.
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in financial roles.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: US$800 per month (with adjustments every three months based on performance evaluations)

Work Schedule

• Remote
• Monday to Friday
• 8-hour shift (10AM - 7PM BRT)
