We are regularly looking for consultants in the area of Omni-channel / CX Impact Measurement globally to join our network of independent consultants.
Roles & Responsibilities
Impact Measurement consultants are responsible for measuring the impact of Omni-channel or CX programs within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining KPIs and metrics frameworks
- Defining performance goals and benchmarks
- Develop performance reports
- Reviewing program performance and making optimization recommendations
- Advising on and supporting the implementation of measurement tools
- Benchmarking analytics maturity
- Developing analytics visions and transformation plans
- Developing and delivering analytics training programs
- Serving as interim staff
- Omni-channel analytics strategy
- Omni-channel analytics
- CX analytics
- Data visualization
- Reporting
- Performance Optimization
- Predictive analytics
- Artificial intelligence
Requirements
The ideal consultants will be passionate about transforming customer engagement impact measurement. They will be strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Healthcare. They will be thought leaders with a strong service orientation, capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward. They will be strong executers capable of driving change in an organization.
Relevant prior experiences include:- Established an independent consulting practice
- Proven experience in a Lead Strategist role at an agency, consulting firm or client
- Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health
- Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion
- Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills
- Strong understanding of strategic marketing process
- Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
