Madi International is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a leading company in the beauty and wellness industry, we are looking for a female Saudi national who is passionate about social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars across various social media platforms.
• Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, including writing captions, copy, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategy with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality visual assets, including graphics, videos, and images.
• Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to leverage their reach and engagement for collaborative campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase social media engagement, including creating interactive content, running contests, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance.
• Research and identify target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors to tailor content and ad strategies accordingly.
• Design and implement effective social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Continuously test and optimize content, ad formats, targeting, and messaging to improve performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor social media metrics such as likes, comments, shares, and click-through rates to track engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize posting schedules and frequency based on audience activity and engagement patterns to maximize visibility and interaction.

Requirements

• Female Saudi national with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in public relations, marketing, and communications.
• 2+ years of experience in social media for corporate communications.
• Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with other social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
