Senior AI-Ready Data Advisor brings a unique blend of business, technology, and data expertise to develop strategic plans that define how data creates value for an organization and drives adoption of AI-powered insights. This role operates at the intersection of business, technology, data, and AI—partnering closely with client leadership to craft holistic strategies that align business objectives with data opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders to build trust and establish a strong foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Shape clients’ data strategy and target operating model, defining the capabilities needed to become a truly data-driven enterprise.
  • Lead and deliver transformative, innovative client engagements on time and within budget.
  • Advise clients on solutions that use data for analytics and AI-driven insights, and also leverage AI to improve data processing, management, and governance.
  • Conduct client-specific data value and data quality assessments; gather and validate the current state through workshops, interviews, and other structured methods.
  • Rapidly assess clients’ business objectives, needs, and challenges, and tailor Lingaro services and products to fit their context.
  • Inspire clients by identifying and proposing high-impact innovation opportunities.
  • Drive consulting practice innovation and thought leadership within your area of expertise.
  • Research emerging “data for AI” and “AI for data” use cases and trends to expand Lingaro toolkits and knowledge bases.
  • Keep the practice at the forefront of technology consulting through ecosystem engagement (conferences, certifications, external advisors, continuous learning).
  • Develop, evolve, and scale Lingaro’s methodology for data-driven strategy engagements; take ownership of growing the Data Strategy & Governance capability across Lingaro.
  • Act as a Lingaro ambassador, building your personal brand internally and externally.
