Licensed Psychiatrist (Digital Health, Integrated Primary Care)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and dedicated psychiatrist with pediatric experience to provide psychiatric consultation to pediatric primary care providers within a collaborative care model. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality psychiatric consultation to patients and providers within a digital health platform. Your work will be essential in providing accessible, timely, and effective mental health support to the children and families who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for this provider would be to offer medication management consultation to pediatric primary care providers. As part of this role you may:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and consultations for children and adolescents, focusing on a broad range of pediatric mental health issues.
• Collaborate with pediatricians, behavioral health care managers, and other healthcare professionals in a team-based, collaborative care model.
• Offer recommendations on behavioral interventions, psychopharmacology, and other treatment modalities to support overall pediatric care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
• Participate in routine clinical team meetings with Triplemoon and our provider clients.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric psychiatry and digital health solutions.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with specialization in Psychiatry
• Experience with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

• 2+ years experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or telehealth setting.
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric psychiatric conditions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, interdisciplinary team environment.
• A passion for improving mental health care access for children and adolescents.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize a variety of technologies and applications (e.g., various medical record systems, Asana, Google sheets, excel, and other platforms)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with collaborative care models or integrated behavioral health care teams.
• Interest or experience in digital health innovations and telehealth services.
