Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst will manage the interface between the supply base and various supply chain systems, ensuring suppliers meet established processes and schedules while driving improvements and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through data analysis
  • Escalate supplier issues cross-functionally (e.g. Production/Service Purchasing, Product Analysis, Quality, Engineering, Material Planning & Logistics, etc.)
  • Support Sales & Marketing, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives, and other FCSD Transformation projects while working with Ford/Lincoln dealers, as required

Skills

  • BA/BS Degree Required
  • Experience working in supply chain with materials and parts
  • Knowledge of PS&L systems preferred, primarily SAP SCM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work with large cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task, strong problem-solving, conflict management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Supply Chain Degree Preferred
