IT Specialist
DMC Engineering is a leading engineering consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions across various industries. They are seeking an entry-level IT Specialist to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on cloud and networking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain security protocols related to workstations, mobile devices, server, cloud infrastructure, and modern audio/video communication platforms
- Provision, configure, and maintain Azure Cloud tenants and virtual servers
- Working with MDM platforms to onboard and provision workstations
- Train internal and external users on existing and new technologies
- Gain experience leading client projects involving migrations to Office 365 and Azure (Azure AD, Azure & Office 365 Security Center, EMS, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
Skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Networking, or related field
- Minimum 3.4 GPA
- Self-motivated team player who adapts quickly and is eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
- Strong problem solving skills with consistent follow through
