Marketing Associate
Civica Infrastructure Inc. is seeking a Marketing Associate to help expand their VO hydrologic and hydraulic modelling software into the U.S. market. The role focuses on research, marketing campaign execution, and lead generation, translating technical material into clear marketing content.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on U.S. states (initial focus: TX, NY, PA, MI, OH)
- Identify engineering consultants, municipalities, watershed authorities, and regulators
- Research organizations using modelling tools such as SWMM, HEC-HMS, MIKE SHE, or similar platforms
- Build structured lead lists and maintain accurate CRM records
- Support the development of landing pages and marketing campaigns
- Draft structured email sequences targeting:
- Engineering consultants
- Municipal reviewers
- Agencies and regulators
- Launch campaigns and track engagement
- Route qualified leads to the Business Manager
- Prepare weekly content for LinkedIn and X
- Translate technical VO material into clear educational posts

- Upcoming VO releases
- Track lead generation and campaign performance
- Provide daily progress updates and weekly summary reports
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results
- Assist with website updates and marketing materials
- Support the VO Business Unit’s Marketing Made Simple strategy
- Contribute to other marketing initiatives when needed
- Research stormwater modelling regulations in New York State
- Identify engineering firms using SWMM or HEC-HMS
- Draft a LinkedIn post explaining how VO improves modelling workflows
- Build a targeted email campaign introducing VO to engineering firms
