Agentforce Engineer - Hybrid
Mindex is a product and services company with over 30 years of experience in delivering software and product solutions. They are seeking an Agentforce Engineer who will design, develop, and troubleshoot low code platform and AI solutions while maintaining existing code and providing technical support across environments.
Responsibilities
- Designs, develops and troubleshoots low code platform and AI solutions
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software to meet requirements
- Design, develop, and test solutions
- Complete well-defined, basic program changes
- Contribute to estimates required for user stories based on business requirements, specifications and designs
- Comply with and contribute to SDLC standards and CD/CI procedures to ensure consistency
- Monitor progress against task estimates to provide status
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications across environments
- Maintain existing code base, monitoring for failures in non-prod environments
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer-related discipline or equivalent work experience of 1-2 years
- Using one or more programming language(s)
- Exposure to low code AI and workflow platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Sierra, and Cresta
- Exposure to large customer service and call center environments
- Willingness to quickly learn and ramp up on new platform solutions
