[Remote] Sales Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Regrid is a spatial data company focused on understanding land parcels. The Sales Development Representative will identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts from lead-generation activities, such as inbound MQLs, outbound cold-calling, emailing, and direct mailers into targeted accounts
  • Engage with prospects via scheduled web conference meetings, calls, and emails
  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads. Advance to Account Executives with collaborative, warm handoffs and detailed CRM record capturing the engagement to date and enabling next actions
  • Traffic cop other inflowing communications to appropriate Regrid team members (ex. Technical Support, Finance)
  • Rapidly learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Regrid solutions, customer use cases, industry trends, and data
  • Some travel for events may be required

Skills

  • 1-2 years in a similar SDR function in Technology Industry or relevant equivalent work experience a plus. Preferably at a B2B SaaS or DaaS company
  • Self-driven to manage the work (organize, prioritize, schedule, attention to detail) and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise significant independent judgment to achieve objectives and have the ability to stay focused on those goals and objectives
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills (will ask for examples of business writing acumen)
