[Remote] Partnerships Associate

The Partnerships Associate role is essential for managing and scaling partnership operations, ensuring seamless communication across partners and internal teams, and supporting revenue tracking and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for the specialty media network partner portfolio, including tag requests, onboarding, and troubleshooting
- Track deliverables, manage outstanding items, and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) for partner pipeline, revenue, and relationship status
- Build and manage the partnership revenue tracker, identifying trends and risks
- Assist with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) preparation and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with product and customer success teams on integrations and launches to ensure transparency of timelines
- Develop playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation to support team scaling
- Guide partners toward self-serve options or managed service models as appropriate
- Support new platform integrations through project planning, demand tracking, and logistics management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in ad tech, media, partnerships, or operations, or a strong internship record in a related field
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including revenue tracking, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and clarity
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and a proactive 'self-starter' mindset
- Clear and professional written communication abilities
- Intellectual curiosity about programmatic advertising and its complexities
