We are seeking a dynamic Content Strategist to play a pivotal role in transforming how HR content is created, managed, and delivered. You will be instrumental in building and managing sophisticated content systems, defining overarching strategies, and ensuring content consistently delivers value at scale. This position offers the chance to humanize user journeys, optimize content for AI readiness, and directly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of a rapidly evolving workplace. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with organizational goals and user needs, including purposeful planning for timely content delivery and operational alignment across systems and teams.
  • Structure, govern, and surface content across various platforms (e.g., CMS, AI assistants, HR documentation) to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to distill complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content for internal employee and HR audiences.
  • Write and edit a diverse range of content types, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage content directly within Knowledge Management Systems, producing articles and other content for internal display surfaces.
  • Oversee the information architecture and navigation of internal content surfaces to enhance user experience.
  • Create and maintain content standards, templates, and best practices to streamline content creation and management across various teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (program SMEs, product, engineering, design, etc.) to align content initiatives with business priorities and user journeys.
  • Optimize content for AI-readiness and reusability, enabling efficient self-service and measurable business results.
  • Ensure all content is formatted, labeled, and organized to support machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI use cases (e.g., chatbots, search, automated help).
  • Leverage AI tools for automated content lifecycle management, monitoring, updating, and retiring content to ensure ongoing relevance and freshness at scale.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in content strategy, technical writing, or related editorial roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Extensive experience collaborating effectively with subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with metadata, structured data, and taxonomies for AI optimization.
  • Writing samples required.

Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:

  • Experience with benefits, compensation, health care, payroll, and related HR topics.
  • Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures.
  • Experience designing content systems for AI/ML applications (e.g., search, recommendation, conversational agents).
