As the IT Technical Solution Lead, you will drive design, configure, and test activities for a specific QMS or LIMS system critical to the success of quality management and lab testing, calibration and qualification.

What You Will Do
- Technical Design, Development, Upgrading, Testing and Delivery of solutions for Release Cycles and/or new projects within TrackWise or LabVantage.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with other systems, and develop both system and technical documentation.
- Partner with Business Analysts in understanding system requirements and translating into solutions within an application and/or application stack.
- Maintain regulatory body timelines and update compliance rules within TrackWise or LabVantage through Release Cycles.
- Work within ADO (Azure DevOps) for Requirements and Testing.
- Perform activities following Strykers Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve the systems process flow, performance and technical efficiencies including recommending approaches to optimize/tune systems performance.
- Support the business and recommend/provide holistic solutions that integrate the existing technical standards with the business needs and processes.
- Work with other IT teams along with business teams to deliver business solutions.
- Lead and mentor Solution Analysts within the team and provide oversight and guidance with a financial focus on delivering activities on budget, leveraging time on value-driven activities and ensuring external resources meet contractual deliverables.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
- 4+ years of relevant experience required.
- Experience developing in TrackWise, LabVantage, or similar QMS or LIMS systems required.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of global system rollouts strategy, planning, vendor selection and implementation planning required.
- Experience in design and deployment of regulated applications required.
- Knowledge of and ability to drive IT methodologies such as ITIL, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Development is preferred.
