[Remote] Regulatory Paralegal

The Regulatory Paralegal will support the Legal team by managing regulatory filings and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, playing a crucial role in the company's operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reports
- Coordinate subpoena response and documentation
- Maintain organized records of regulatory correspondence and obligations
- Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of compliance tasks
- Support audits, examinations, and regulatory inquiries
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to gather information and resolve issues
Skills
- Experience supporting regulatory filings, audits, or compliance programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with document management and productivity tools
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
- Interest in or experience using AI tools in daily workflows
