Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is a leading provider of business insurance and employee health solutions, and they are seeking a Private Client Coordinator to assist the Producer and client service team. The role involves coordinating marketing and placement for clients, supporting a designated team, and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Producer and client service team members on coordinating the marketing and placement of new and renewal clients
- Responsible for a variety of daily servicing tasks in support of a designated team or book of business
- Ability to work independently and in a team is critical in this role
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required
