Call Center Bilingual Sales and Retention Representative (English/Spanish) - Hybrid

AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, seeking a Bilingual Sales and Retention Representative to enhance customer service and drive sales. The role involves handling customer interactions, identifying upselling opportunities, and resolving service-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
  • Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Explain bills and product features clearly
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
  • Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
  • Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
  • Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Paid training to set you up for success

Skills

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to hold a conversation both in English and Spanish
  • Ability to report to the Miami, FL location 3-4 days weekly and work remotely 1-2 days weekly
  • Experience in handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
  • Ability to accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
  • Ability to explain bills and product features clearly
