[Remote] Performance Marketing Creative Strategist

They are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms, write high-converting scripts for ads, and continuously optimize creative strategies for improved conversion performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Write high-converting scripts for short-form ads (UGC-style, influencer-style, testimonial, problem-solution formats)
- Identify and research influencer/UGC trends and adapt them for paid acquisition
- Continuously test and optimize creative strategies to improve conversion performance
Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of in-house or agency experience focused on: Performance advertising, Paid social campaigns, Script writing for short-form ads, Influencer or UGC marketing
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused storytelling
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reviewing performance metrics and iterating creatives
- Immediate start preferred
- Enjoy working with creators and influencers
