[Remote] Payments Partnerships Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Whop is a financial technology company on a mission to provide the world with sustainable income. As a Payments Partnerships Manager, you will support day-to-day partner relationship management and optimization of Whop’s payments partner ecosystem, working closely with leadership and various partners to ensure smooth operations and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing relationships with payment processors, sponsor banks, and fintech infrastructure partners
• Assist in commercial discussions and partner performance reviews
• Partner with Risk to ensure healthy approval rates, chargebacks, settlement timelines, and processing costs
• Coordinate integration and operational workstreams internally
• Help evaluate new partners and prepare internal analyses
• Maintain organized documentation of partner terms and performance metrics

Skills

• You understand how payment processors and fintech ecosystems work
• You are organized and can move projects forward
• You are analytical and comfortable working with numbers
• 1–3 years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Basic familiarity with card acquiring, settlement, the card scheme, and payment flows
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Analytical mindset and comfort with transaction data
• You operate with an ownership mindset, take responsibility beyond your formal scope, and proactively drive improvements in partner economics and performance without waiting to be asked
• You understand payment processor economics and are eager to deepen your commercial experience
