As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including store operations, HR, and leadership, to address concerns and develop solutions to improve processes and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead task groups and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes Perform data gathering tasks, develop solutions, and implement project/procedure planning and data implementation Produce reports for teams and leadership to review and utilize, and deliver presentations to groups and executive leaders and stakeholders Build skills and knowledge, including self-development, team knowledge, and customer (internal) knowledge Direct and lead teams, assigning and assessing work, training, and contributing to performance evaluation (although not hiring, firing, or disciplinary action)

Essential Qualifications
