Job description: Mythics is looking for an experienced Solutions Sales Account Manager to partner with our public sector team as we continue to grow our Federal Oracle OCI market share. East coast territory.
Responsibilities
- Educate the Oracle Cloud field and inside sales team on Mythics OCI success in federal marketplaces through face-to-face engagement.
- Conduct monthly OCI marketing/educational events in the Washington DC area to market Mythics capabilities in OCI.
- Develop/refine a Mythics Cloud capabilities presentation for federal, outlining our skills and capabilities in this area.
- Run analytics in Mythics internal CRM (NetSuite) for potential OCI lift and shift prospects and conduct proactive sales campaigns into these accounts. Targets should include:
- OBIEE
- Engineered Systems
- Oracle Applications
- Oracle Middleware
- Meet weekly with Mythics product teams to understand potential services attachment on any new OCI product pipeline.
- Run OCI sales cycles from lead generation to closure, coordinating all deal dynamics (both internal and external).
- Monitor procurement channels for multi-cloud contracts or Oracle Cloud IDIQ opportunities.
- Develop bid/no-bid recommendations for cloud opportunities in federal.
- Lead cloud contract capture cycles (both prime and sub)
- Routinely meet with consultants and project managers on all existing federal programs to prospect for potential OCI upsell opportunities.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years selling infrastructure cloud solutions
- Must have federal industry sales, with an emphasis on one or more specific agencies
- Ability to manage an individual contributor sales pipeline
- OCI Foundations 2021 Associate
- Business acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technology sales
- End-to-end capture experience, including teaming arrangements, incumbent vendor assessments, market research analysis, and proposal response expertise
- Interpersonal, presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence others internally and externally
