* This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Director, GM&E Solutions, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton to achieve profitable growth. On the GM&E Solutions team reporting to Senior Director, you will lead a team responsible for advancing Hilton's on property sales & catering capabilities. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Deeply understand Hilton's commercial engine, above & on-property sales processes and enterprise GM&E initiatives to inform the on-property sales & catering solution roadmap.
  • Lead a team in managing the execution of product roadmaps for sales & catering solutions, including management of vendor relationships.
  • Identify and implement sales & catering solution capabilities that differentiate Hilton's solutions and reduce manual touchpoints for sales team members.
  • Lead sales & catering efforts related to GM&E program initiatives.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Exemplify and champion the award-winning Hilton culture.
  • Manage talent, balancing delegation with goal setting and performance coaching.
  • Evangelize the sales & catering product strategy and roadmaps across the Hilton organization, including cross-functional senior leadership for feedback.
  • Develop positive partnerships on large-scale project with team members and vendors in groups and levels across a matrixed organization.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Lead sales & catering product strategy and roadmaps, including communication across the Hilton organization.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide GM&E initiatives with capability requirements from sales & catering solutions, including prioritization against steady state roadmap.
  • Vendor contract negotiation and monitoring vendor performance.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Ten (10) years of work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Product Management (including product road mapping, requirements gathering, and Agile ceremonies), specifically with sales & catering solutions.
  • Two (2) years of talent management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge to balance competing priorities, initiate innovation, and vendor management.
  • Travel up to 20%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise with Delphi.fdc, MeetingBroker and Salesforce.
  • On-Property Sales experience.
