Position location: This is a remote role.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Responsible for managing control issues/deficiencies identified throughout the year by internal audit, external audit or through self-assessment and engaging with the process owners to ensure that remediations are embedded into the business
- Responsible for the documentation and maintenance of all the business process flow charts, process narratives, control descriptions, risk matrices to ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of information.
- Serve in an hands on advisory capacity and provide best of class expertise on process design and internal control to the broader finance and business community
- Responsible to manage the relationship between Ocean Spray and the Internal Auditors (outsourced), including managing all communications, meetings, updates, etc.
- Responsible to drive continuous improvement across multiple end-to-end processes and related controls across the group by engaging with various business leaders
- Masters Degree required with 5-7 years of similar experience
- Experience working in an environment that involves multiple concurrent projects and is continuously evolving and improving
- Comprehensive knowledge of best in class processes and internal control design for end-to-end processes including R2R, O2C, P2P, fixed assets, inventory and manufacturing, payroll and IT systems.
- Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems; problems are across disciplines; takes a new perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and regulations
- Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Working knowledge large ERP system (preferably SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally, including senior leaders
