You will utilize our online chat application to interact with customers, providing timely and accurate responses that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

Utilize online chat application to interact with customers and address their inquiries in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer questions related to pricing, refund policies, discount codes, and other topics Work independently to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary Follow instructions precisely and adhere to established protocols to ensure consistency in customer support Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer support Contract Length and Compensation This is an open-ended contract with no fixed term, offering you the flexibility and security you need to thrive in your role.
