Healthcare Solutions Manager - MP

About the position The primary purpose of the Healthcare Solutions Manager is to lead strategic sales efforts within the Healthcare sector, driving acquisition, expansion, and retention of high-value accounts across local & multi-location healthcare organizations. This role is instrumental in identifying and securing complex business opportunities, managing key healthcare accounts, and influencing internal stakeholders to align sales strategies that support long-term growth. The Healthcare Solutions Manager will leverage deep healthcare industry knowledge, consultative selling techniques, and data-driven insights to exceed revenue targets and expand Manpower’s presence in the healthcare market.   • Build and manage strategic relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and healthcare systems, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients by understanding their workforce challenges and delivering customized staffing and talent solutions
  • Develop and execute account management plans for key healthcare clients, ensuring retention, growth, and cross-selling of services
  • Analyze healthcare market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity to inform sales strategy and solution development
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to healthcare decision-makers, from department heads to C-suite executives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including regional and market leaders, delivery teams, and executive leadership—to align on healthcare sales strategies and client engagement plans
  • Champion the voice of the healthcare client internally, providing feedback and insights to improve service offerings and operational delivery
  • Represent Manpower at healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads
  • Act as the Healthcare SME, partnering with functional teams to help curate training, sales enablement content, and thought leadership materials to educate internal teams and elevate healthcare sales capabilities across the organization
  • Drive revenue growth by exceeding sales quotas through strategic account penetration, upselling, and long-term relationship management

Your Typical Day and Other Key Details

  • Maintain detailed records of healthcare sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems
  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to healthcare organizations, presenting tailored solutions that address staffing and workforce needs
  • Lead weekly reviews of healthcare industry trends and competitor positioning to refine sales tactics
  • Participate in internal strategy meetings to share client insights, progress updates, and opportunities for innovation
  • Partner closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure healthcare client needs are met with timely, high-quality service
  • Conduct regular check-ins with existing healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities
  • Actively engage in healthcare-focused networking events, job fairs, and community outreach to build relationships and expand market presence.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years selling in a solution-based role, proven performance in a competitive high-volume sale, with successful achievement of ambitious goals
  • Technical: Digital Literacy: desktop (e.g., MS Word and Outlook) social (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn) and CRM applications
  • Industry knowledge: 2+ years of experience of the healthcare staffing industry
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
