This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote. A Day in the Life of a Logistics Analyst:

• Support the Logistics Management team to provide analytical support and make recommendations on a wide variety of logistics functions including but not limited to Warehousing, Transportation, Finance and Customer Operations
• Responsible for invoice coding and auditing of logistics related costs to ensure compliance to contracted rates.
• Provides project support, such as CSIs and process improvements
• Provide administrative support for Logistics Contracts to ensure that all contracts are up-to-date and any new or renewing agreements are managed and completed in a timely manner together with Manager
• Support Adhoc Reporting like STO Tracking and inventory reconciliations
• Work with suppliers to reduce invoice errors for streamlined payment processing
• Manage Promo Pack planning

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations Manager focus preferred
• 2 – 4 years of experience
• Detail oriented, analytical problem solver with the ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Software (SAP preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; influences and persuades others internally and externally
