The Position

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team in Edinburgh. You'll play a key administrative role supporting recruitment activities across our UK teams, ensuring candidates receive a first-class experience while keeping our hiring process running smoothly and efficiently.

  • Ensure candidates receive a best-in-class and memorable experience when applying and interviewing at FanDuel
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and talent communities
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, kick-off meetings and debriefs
  • Support with pre-employment processes including references, contracts and background checks 
  • Assist with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics
  • Organise and attend recruitment events
  • Support process improvements and employer branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination or related field
  • Exceptional organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who can take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Great communicator who can work effectively with candidates and internal teams
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
