OVERVIEW: Our client, a US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies in the US, seeks an accomplished “Communication Admin (Bilingual)” Position: Communication Admin (Bilingual) Location: Remote (Candidate must be located in California) Duration: 6 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!! Pay Rate: 22/hr Note:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience.
  • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
  • Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.
  • Communicates more complex information, using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
  • Track deadlines on special projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) – experience converting MS Word documents to PDF.
  • Bilingual

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee web-based portal for internal communication and the execution of client-based portal.
  • Upload content to the web portal.
  • Create and edit a variety of unique internal communication materials with tailored messages based on target audience and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that internal communications are clear and meet corporate requirements.
  • Work directly with clients, Client internal design support, and print vendor on the development of required marketing materials including design, proof approval, print production, and delivery within a designated lead time.
