- Led software development, delivery, support and maintenance of entire products.
- Driven engineering, development and/or ops practices within a SW development organization.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple development teams to refine requirements, interfaces and functional responsibilities to create full solutions.
- Experience recruiting, mentoring and training of software developers at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience in AI driven development and use of AI applications.
- Experience being the escalation point for systemic and large-scale operational issues.
- Experience working with distributed systems.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development methodologies.
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
- Experience in medical records management (EHR, EMR) desired. - Lead the design and development of complex software systems, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Work with executive leadership to refine product requirements and establish delivery milestones.
- Use AI technologies both in SW development and also in applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering skill growth.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and API documentation.

- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, delivering high-quality software on time.
