Come join ourglobal network of professionals supporting client operations across CBRE.** • *Read on to learn more!** • *About the Role** • *As a Sr. Employee Relations Business Partner, you willprovide expertise in all aspects of employee relations in a fast-paced,high-volume environment. You will design, execute, and monitor HR programs andpolicies, offering strategic guidance to People Business Partners (PBPs) anddrive operational excellence in investigative processes and resolution.** • *What You'll Do** • *Build and Develop Employee Relations Programs.** • *Design and implement strategies for a scalable ER program,ensuring consistency across the account.** • *Conduct Investigations and Ensure Compliance:** • *Manage complex ER cases, including interviews,documentation, and resolution. Track case status, coordinate input frommultiple stakeholders, and partner with PBPs and legal counsel to assess risks.Provide guidance on compliance with global employment laws, ensuring policiesare up to date. Share best practices and standardized measures to evaluateeffectiveness.** • *Provide Consultation and Guidance:** • *Advise on employee relations matters such as investigations,conflict resolution, performance issues, and ADA accommodations. Makedata-driven recommendations to improve ER processes. Act as a resource forinterpreting policies and provide guidance on best practices.** • *Improve Employee Experience:** • *Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on workplacematters. Facilitate training on investigations, performance management,compliance, root cause analysis and engagement action plans. Conduct follow-upsto ensure sustained resolution of issues and collaborate with Learning &Development to deliver training content.** • *Develop Systems and Reporting Capabilities:** • *Improve systems for collecting and tracking data related toER cases, develop reporting capabilities, and deliver insights to businessleaders. Use metrics to inform strategic decisions.** • *Performance Management and Policy Design:** • *Partner with PBPs to design performance management policiesand templates. Provide coaching on performance improvement plans, structuredcoaching, and other interventions. Facilitate the change management andapplication of best practices across the team.** • *Policy Development and Compliance:** • *Assist in policy content redesign and recommend changesbased on root cause analysis. As a subject matter expert, ensure alignment withglobal employment laws, providing strategic counsel on policy interpretation.** • *Project Management Skills:** • *This person will need to demonstrate leading a project andstrong management skills.** • *What You'll Need** Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or universitypreferred. Minimum of 7+ years in employee relations, employment law orlabor relations with a background in handling complex investigations andproviding guidance on sensitive issues. Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced,high-growth environment. Strong bias for action and urgency to respond to businessneeds. Expertise in policy development, compliance, and riskassessment. Experience working with data to derive insights andinfluence business decisions. Excellent planning, organization, and time managementskills. Ability to build influential partnerships acrossorganizational lines. Strong Project Management skills. Preferred Experience: Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and MicrosoftOffice Suite. Experience in scaling processes and programs for globalorganizations. Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve complex issues andanticipate broader impact. Experience conducting root cause analysis and recommendingpolicy changes. Communication: Ability to handle sensitive information, communicateeffectively, and build trust across all levels of the organization. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changingenvironment. Willingness to travel up to 35% as needed.

The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $158,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
