Key Responsibilities

Multi‑Channel Customer Support : Field inbound inquiries and outbound communications via phone, email, live chat, and social media, ensuring each interaction reflects Nexlith’s high standards of service. Issue Diagnosis & Resolution : Quickly identify product‑related concerns, order discrepancies, and service requests, providing clear, step‑by‑step solutions that leave customers satisfied. Essential Qualifications
