About the position This Opportunity WSP is currently initiating a search for a Visualization Specialist for our Boise, Idaho office. The following locations will also be considered: Denver, Colorado and Remote (United States) . This position is approved for remote work within the U.S., with the expectation of effective participation in a virtual team environment and periodic in-person collaboration as business needs require. Who You Are

Responsibilities

  • Development of 3D Models, renderings, and photo simulations to support project planning, design, and delivery
  • Consultation, development and clarification of complex, controversial and difficult to describe projects
  • Pursuit of professional development to stay current with visualization technology and development of new communication tools
  • Experience self-managing tasks/projects and working within a scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of industry experience in engineering, visualization and related professional services
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Multimedia, Cinematography, Engineering, Architecture or related field
  • Familiarity with 3D software and modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to read/understand engineering design plans and BIM/3D design specifications
  • Understanding of CADD applications (PLS-CADD, Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit, Bentley MicroStation)
  • Understanding of lighting, color and perspective
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
  • Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
  • Occasional travel may be required depending on project-specific requirements.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
