Job Overview As a Data Entry Analyst at Jobtrix, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of our data. You will be responsible for monitoring and updating data in a timely manner, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data-related issues. Key Responsibilities

Utilize Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all fields and records are complete and meet required standards. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction, collaborating with relevant teams as needed. Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information, preparing reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicating these findings to the sales team. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified, providing necessary updates and follow-up to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided. Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management, working within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes and reduce operational costs. Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting, documenting and reporting any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data quality principles and practices. Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce, or similar CRM systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales or lead qualification processes, with a strong understanding of sales operations and data-driven decision making. Knowledge of data quality metrics and benchmarks, with experience in developing and implementing data quality improvement plans. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to create interactive and informative dashboards and reports. Certification in data analysis, data science, or a related field, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
