Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our sales team to resolve customer issues, provide product information, and process orders. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and returns - Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer issues and provide product information - Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and processing orders - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a data entry role or similar environment - Knowledge of industrial tools and supply industry - Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish) - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software - Familiarity with inventory management systems
