Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Merritt Island, FL. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote arenaflex products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service and store appearance

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
