Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing top-tier support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll be the face of our organization, and your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and fax, providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services.

• Process customer requests for price quotations, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
• Answer technical questions from customers, providing expert knowledge and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of rapport with customers, working to provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships.
• Enter customer requests into our system in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the industrial, glass and aluminum, or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Ability to calculate discounts, fractions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume, as well as apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of glass and aluminum products and services.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
