Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering data into our system, conducting online surveys, and participating in focus groups. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer or mobile device, and will have the flexibility to choose your own hours.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Conduct online surveys and participate in focus groups as required
- Use your computer or mobile device to complete tasks and respond to surveys
- Communicate with our team members and clients via email or phone as needed
- Meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills: ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
- Familiarity with online survey tools and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
