Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Paul, MN. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product line

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with customer service software and technology
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
