Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, and providing them with an exceptional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Processing customer orders, including taking payments and managing inventory
  • Collaborating with our delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Working effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and safety
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the food service or delivery industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if applicable)
