Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer experience
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods
  • Collaborate with store team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participate in visual merchandising, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions, providing customers with accurate information and recommendations
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating arenaflex's values and commitment to customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
