Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at arenaflex. You'll work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about arenaflex products, and recommend the right solutions. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing personalized support and guidance to customers, and helping them to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to customers, helping them to determine their needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, including new releases and promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by customer feedback and ratings
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or wholesale environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the coatings or paint industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
