Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate works in support of the store operations team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for cleanliness and appearance
  • Work collaboratively with the store operations team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as a retail sales associate or food service worker

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
