Book Publishing - ARC Reader Coordinator

📢 JKP is searching for an ARC Reader Coordinator Intern

Gain hands-on experience in advance reader copy (ARC) management, reader outreach, and launch support while helping coordinate a community of early readers who provide feedback and reviews for upcoming book releases.

This is an unpaid remote 6-month internship. We meet daily, Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM PST.

What you will do

• Recruit and onboard ARC readers for upcoming book releases
• Coordinate ARC distribution and ensure readers receive materials on time
• Track reader participation, feedback, and review submissions
• Maintain ARC reader databases and communication systems
• Assist with organizing reader campaigns and review timelines
• Support communication between editorial, marketing, and reader communities

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written communication and community management abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to track multiple deadlines
• Passion for books, reading communities, and publishing
• Familiarity with platforms like Goodreads, Amazon reviews, or book communities is a plus
• Proactive team player who enjoys engaging with readers
