Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and courteously to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers regarding account balances, payment schedules, and service inquiries.
  • Payment Processing: Accurately record and verify customer payments, apply them to the correct accounts, and resolve any discrepancies in real time.
  • Account Management: Perform routine account updates, such as address changes, contact information modifications, and service plan adjustments, while maintaining strict data privacy standards.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes, unauthorized transactions, and service complaints, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all customer interactions comply with federal and state financial regulations, arenaflex policies, and internal audit requirements; document each case thoroughly in the CRM system.

Essential Qualifications
