Key Responsibilities:

- Manage internal chat lead system to ensure timely and effective communication between caregivers and clients - Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" only, preventing external job boards from accessing the posting - Collaborate with caregivers and support staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to client care - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, support staff, and clients to ensure a seamless care experience - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in caregiving and support services - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and support staff - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities - Proficiency in using internal chat lead systems and other software applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., social work, nursing) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a caregiving or support services environment - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA) - Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g., CNA, CPR) - Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g., English, Spanish, Mandarin)
