Job Description

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers have access to the resources and support they need to deliver outstanding care. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers have access to the resources and support they need to deliver outstanding care.

  • Maintain visibility of the job posting to "Internal" to prevent it from going out to job boards.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure that our caregivers are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our caregivers, providing them with support and resources to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to our leadership team to enhance our care services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our care services and support our caregivers.

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a care-related role, preferably in a leadership or coordinator position.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using chat employment lead management systems a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in a care-related field, such as CNA or HHA.
